It’s a conditioning system that’s low impact, working both strength and flexibility, stability and mobility, all with a dose of control. What does this even mean? It works your core strength for postural alignment to balance your body – front to back, side to side. You want your body to work as efficiently as possible so you can do life better!
Don’t have a lot of time for a workout? This is your “one and done” workout: Arms, Legs, Glutes, Abs. I just came up with that as I was inspired by Todrick Hall’s song inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic called “Mask, Gloves, Soap, Scrubs” which is a parody of his own song called “Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels”) And now it’s stuck in my head! 🙂
