TIME

TIME

There is no “right time” in life.  There is just time, and you GET TO choose what to do with it. ~ Samarpita Das

If you’re like me, you don’t want to waste time.  You want to maximize it to its fullest.  No time like the present.  The present is a gift.

If you’re looking for a method of exercise that does it all, welcome to Pilates.  It’s a conditioning system that’s low impact, working both strength and flexibility, stability and mobility, all with a dose of control.  What does this even mean?  It works your core strength for postural alignment to balance your body – front to back, side to side.  You want your body to work as efficiently as possible so you can do life better!

Don’t have a lot of time for a workout?  This is your “one and done” workout: Arms, Legs, Glutes, Abs. I just came up with that as I was inspired by Todrick Hall’s song inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic called “Mask, Gloves, Soap, Scrubs” which is a parody of his own song called “Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels”)  And now it’s stuck in my head!  🙂

Are you stressed out?  Get connected to yourself on the mat.  Your mind and body will work in sync to get strong and flexible together.

Do you have an old injury?  New injury?  Chronic pain?  Pilates will strengthen what’s weak, and lengthen what’s tight.

Perhaps you’re an athlete putting your body through repetitive movements?  Pilates is the “secret sauce” to give you an edge mentally and physically.  Reduce injuries, speed up recovery times, breathe efficiently, improve your range of motion, and strengthen the mind-body connection.  Honestly, doesn’t that sound appealing whether you’re an athlete or not?  We all have an inner athlete in us.  I see you shaking your head, thinking no way, not me. And I say, yes, even you!

Do you simply want to get stronger?  More flexible?  Pilates is a one-stop shop that does it all.  Strengthen and lengthen your muscles while gaining flexibility and mobility in your joints. If you’re #quarantight in quarantine life, it’s time to get #quarantoned.  Make your time count.  Spend it wisely.  Tell me – What else are you looking for from your workouts in the time you have?
